PVAMU grad Trevor Piper selected as Jermaine Dupri's phone App logo contest winner

You remember how it felt to enter a contest and win?

Houston native Trevor G. Piper, who I attended Prairie View A&M University with, is all smiles after he was recently crowned the winner of Jermaine "JD" Dupri's phone App logo contest winner.

Dupri recently developed a phone application to showcase his new social entertainment website Global14.com.

Dupri announced the winner on Global14.com and gave congratulations live via Ustream on December 8th. The logo design will be featured on all smartphones for download. Piper says he is very thankful and looks forward to working with Jermaine Dupri further in the near future.

Trevor is a 2002 graduate of Prairie View A&M University and owner of T. Piper Media Creative Agency which specializes in graphic design, creative marketing and artist advocacy. He is also a regional officer in the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.

Here is his winning design!

Trevor Piper was also a finalist in the Roots Jam Session logo contest. Basically, this brother got skills! Don't believe me? Check out a few sample of his other designs. If you need some graphics done I HIGHLY recommend him.
