Happy Birth Anniversary to My Grandmother and the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan

Just a note of gratitude for the presence of these two people in my life. Today is the 82nd birthday of my grandmother, Myrtle J. Ross. (pictured above) She raised me and my siblings during a rough time in my immediate family and I am forever grateful for all she did for us. I'm even grateful for all of the things I thought she was doing to me but what really doing for me. In my soon to be released book, In Search of My Father, I have an entire chapter dedicated to my experience staying in her household. Be sure to get your copy! Happy anniversary Granny.

I can't  thank Allah (God) enough for this man, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, who turns 78 years young today. I first hear his voice via an audio cassette tape back in 1993 and I have been a supporter/follower of him since. I am also sharing my love for him in my upcoming book. To read his bio sketch go to: http://www.noi.org/about_the_honorable_louis_farrakhan.shtml

I am grateful for these two.
