On July 30, I was a guest on "Live Like A Champion" Blog Talk Show hosted by 2004 Taekwondo Olympic silver medalist Nia Abdallah. The show was centered on humility and having the proper motivation. Check out the replay here.
I first met Nia when she was robbed in a 2008 sudden death match against present Olympic competitor Diana Lopez of Houston. That controversial loss kept Nia from going to the Olympics that year and we helped to launch a global "We Support Nia" campaign. Due to that effort, the sport started using digital padding to ensure proper scoring of points on kicks and punches. Read the history of that campaign here. Nia is always a champ in my book and I was honored to be on her show. Let me know what you think about our interview.
