Why has it been kept quiet for so long? 2005 and now this is 2012, this is ludicrous! Today, 2/18/12 is the very first time I even heard of the case. For this to even occur in Alderman Danny Davis ward is not acceptible. He needa to lose his ward for this because as a leader, he has not attempted to at least inform people.
